Hello! Here’s my blog post for the second part of this week’s homework.
In this post, I must answer the following questions:
- What needs or areas of improvement and learning have I detected in my teaching?
- What projects have I found that might help me?
1. The needs or areas of improvement that I have detected are:
- Project success
2. The projects that I have found that could be helpful are:
European Maze: This project mentions that students had problems with their colleagues in other countries not working.
Origami: The creators of this project used a rubric to evaluate the success of their project. The idea I get from this is two-fold:
First, I could propose a project evaluation rubric from the very beginning. This makes the goals clear to the teachers involved in the process.
Second, the format allows me to think of how I could design the rubric for my students.
Both of the projects I cited were winners of the National eTwinning prize here in Spain. You can find more eTwinning prize winners here.
